예매 관련 안내(BOOKING INFORMATION)
• 본 공연은 티켓을 소지하신 관객 분만 입장하실 수 있습니다.
• 티켓은 1인(아이디 1개) 최대 6매까지 구매 가능합니다.
• 모든 티켓에는 부가세, 저작권료가 포함되어 있습니다.
• Only ticketed audience members are allowed to enter this festival.
• Maximum 6 tickets can be purchased per person.
• All tickets are including VAT and copyright fees.
환불 및 양도 관련 안내(REFUND AND TRANSFER)
• 공연 당일에는 티켓 교환 및 환불이 불가합니다.
• 티켓의 취소 및 환불은 예매하신 해당 예매처에서 가능하며 해당 예매처의 취소 및 환불 규정에 따라 수수료가 적용됩니다.
• 티켓 및 입장밴드의 양도, 증여, 재판매, 위/ 변조는 명백한 불법입니다.
• 예매처가 아닌 개인간의 거래로 발생한 문제에 대하여 주최사 및 예매처에는 책임이 없으므로, 공식지정 예매처를 통하여 안전하게 구매하시길 바랍니다.
• Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded on the day of the performance.
• Cancellations and refunds of tickets can be made at the Ticket Box Office, and a fee will be applied according to the cancellation and refund policy of the booking office.
• The transfer, resale, forgery, falsification of tickets and admission bands are illegal.
• The organizer and the Ticket Box Office are not responsible for any problems caused by transactions between individuals, so please purchase safely through the officially designated Ticket Box Office.

보안 검색 관련 안내(SECURITY ENTRY)
• 모든 참석자는 보안 검색의 대상입니다.
• 입장 전에 참석자는 검색대 통과, 주머니와 가방을 비우도록 요청 받을 수 있으며, 물품 및 몸 검색을 실시하는 등의 철저한 보안 검색을 받을 수 있습니다.
• 주최/주관사는 특정인의 입장을 금하거나 퇴장 시킬 수 있는 권리를 갖습니다.
• All festivalgoers are subject to being searched prior to entry into the Event, including members of the media.
• By requesting entry into the Event, all festivalgoers and attendees shall be subject to a thorough TSA-style pat down search, including emptying pockets and bags, and having your items examined.
• Event Organizers shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the Event, who in the sole and absolute discretion of Event Organizers are in violation of Event rules, which rules may be updated from time to time, with or without notice.

• No balloons, balls, inflatable balls, frisbees or flying disks
• No umbrellas, chairs, blankets, sleeping bags or tents
• No bicycles, skateboards, hover-boards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
• No drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
• No animals except for service animals assisting an individual with a disability. “Comfort,” “therapy” or “emotional support” animals do not meet the definition of a service animal and are not permitted entry to the Event.
• No large chains, chained wallets or spiked jewelry
• No laser pens, laser pointers, or similar focused light devices
• No musical instruments, noisemakers or air horns
• No professional cameras, flash cameras or video and audio recording equipment, camera poles, monopods or selfie-sticks over 1 meter in length
• No poles, sticks, or “totems”
• No confetti, streamers or loose glitter (wearable cosmetics are acceptable)
• No items that could arouse political, racial, or social criticism
• Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of law enforcement or security officials.
관람 안내(Attendence Information)
공연 관람 관련 안내(ATTENDENCE INFORMATION)
• 행사장 내/외부에서 본인 부주의로 인한 사고, 도난 사건 등에는 주최사, 행사장, 아티스트 측에서 책임지지 않습니다.
• 주위 관객 분들의 불편을 야기하거나 관람을 방해하는 행동을 할 경우 퇴장 조치를 받으실 수 있습니다.
• 긴급 상황이 발생하면 즉시 보안 경호 및 가까운 현장 요원에게 알려주시기 바랍니다.
• 주최자측은 사전 통지 되지 않은 공연 중 발생한 질병 및 부상에 대해서는 책임지지 않습니다.
• In case of accidents and thefts caused by the person’s negligence, the organizer is not responsible.
• If you interfere the others, the organizer may ask you to leave.
• In the event of an emergency, please notify the security guide or the nearest event staff immediately.
• The organizer is not responsible for any illnesses and injuries incurred during the performance that were not inform in advance.
